Virginia Reign FC Youth Academy
The VA Reign FC Youth Academy (U6-U10) is the transition stage between a player on the recreational side and the travel side. This player-centric program offers our younger players the opportunity to be exposed to a more focused soccer environment that will enhance their skills and approach to the game.
The objective of the Reign's Youth Academy is to provide our youngest players with an environment that promotes learning, creative thinking, problem solving, skill development and love for the game in an age appropriate soccer environment.
The Reign FC Youth Academy is currently for female players who are u6-u10
If you have had experience in Recreational Soccer and are ready for the next level, click the link below to register for the next season! We usually recommend at least two seasons of Rec Soccer before coming to Reign Academy.
Summer 2026 Season Timeline
This 6 weeks program (June and July) provides next-level training for those wanting to improve their soccer skills beyond a recreational level. Practices are once a week (no games in summer).
Practices:
- Tuesdays - June 23, 30, July 7, 14, 21, 28
- 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Location: Warhill Sports Complex Turf
Summer Season- The cost is $50 per season

Fall 2026 Season Timeline
This 8 weeks program (Sept to Nov) provides next-level training for those wanting to improve their soccer skills beyond a recreational level. Practices are twice a week with games on weekends. Groups will be split based on age and ability. Please review options below:

Location: Warhill Sports Complex Grass Fields
Fall Season- The cost is $275 per season
*Not included in the fee is a one time purchase of a uniform kit required to be worn at all practices and games. These uniforms will be used during your entire time with the program.

General Information
Girls Youth Academy players will participate in smaller sided games, under differing conditions, that will promote the qualities that we look for in our youth players. By allowing for more touches on the ball, more creativity with the ball, more individual problem solving in the game environment, players are provided with a greater opportunity for successful development.
While competitiveness is an integral part of the game, the main goal is the technical and individual development of our players. The staff's primary focus is to ensure that our young players have a strong foundation in the basic soccer movements and soccer concepts that they can build on as they grow as players.
Players are allowed to participate on a seasonal basis. We have Fall, Winter and Spring Seasons. We are outdoors for Fall and Spring and indoors for Winter. There are 8 weeks of training in Fall and Spring and 4 weeks of training in the Winter. You are welcome to join Academy at the next upcoming season.
